(hereinafter referred to as "the provider" or "the Hotel").
BOOKING OF STAYS
1) A stay at the hotel can only be booked in writing (by post, email, or by filling out and submitting the form on the hotel's website).

2) The booking is accepted with a written confirmation from an authorized person on behalf of the hotel.
3) Along with the booking confirmation, the client is sent a request for payment of a deposit or a proforma invoice in the appropriate amount of the stay, payable within the term specified on the invoice. If the specified due date is not met, the reservation of the booked accommodation will be forfeited and the booked stay will be automatically canceled.
4) The online reservation is binding. The scope of the agreed services and prices are binding as specified in the reservation confirmation issued by the provider.

The hotel applies various cancellation policies (i.e., conditions under which it is possible to cancel an already made booking/reservation of accommodation services), depending on the price level of the ordered services, the service provision period, and the reservation channel chosen by the guest.
Specific cancellation policies are always stated in the respective reservation system. This article is at the end.
If no specific cancellation conditions are stated, it is not possible to unilaterally cancel an already made booking.
In the case of larger accommodation bookings (4 or more rooms), the hotel sends a contract for group accommodation reservations, which includes specific cancellation conditions that the orderer is informed of.
In case of a no-show (i.e., if the guest does not show up to use the accommodation services), the guest is obliged to pay the hotel 100% of the price of the reserved accommodation.
The hotel can only accommodate guests who have completed the online check-in. The check-in is sent along with the accommodation confirmation in the email to the orderer. If the online form error leads to non-completion, the guest must fill out the form at the hotel reception upon arrival.
The hotel may offer the guest different accommodation than agreed upon in special cases, always at the agreed or higher level of services provided.
If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the hotel may offer a different room than the one originally occupied.
Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest from 14:00 and no later than 20:00 on the agreed day of the start of accommodation.
A guest who checks in before 6:00 a.m. will also pay the hotel for the entire previous night. A guest who requests accommodation before 14:00 will pay a fee related to early check-in.
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left freely in the room or in the hotel outside the safe. The hotel is not obliged to take into custody items from the guest that are disproportionate in their scope or value or that are not placed in a sealed or otherwise suitable locked container. The guest is obliged to use the safe located at the reception for storing valuables. The guest acknowledges that the security box for storing valuables (maximum value of 20,000 CZK) is available at the reception.
For receiving visitors, the social rooms of the hotel are available to the guest.
The guest is entitled to use the room in which he/she is accommodated, as well as the common areas of the hotel for the entire duration of the accommodation agreed upon in the contract. If the accommodation period was not agreed upon in advance, the guest must check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day of accommodation. If the guest does not vacate the room on time, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest the accommodation fee for the next day or days, depending on the actual vacating of the room.
The guest may not move any furniture or equipment, make any modifications, or interfere with the hotel's electrical or other installations without the hotel's consent in the room or common areas.
The guest may not bring sports equipment or items intended for storage elsewhere in the hotel, or dangerous items such as weapons, explosives, drugs, or other dangerous chemicals into the room without the prior permission of the hotel, except for medicinal products intended for the guest's use.
In the hotel and especially in the rooms designated for accommodation, the guest may not use personal electrical appliances, except for electrical appliances used for personal hygiene of the guest (shavers, possible massage machines, hairdryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.), chargers for mobile phones and chargers for notebooks, tablets, cameras, and similar devices, all provided that these appliances have no technical defects and meet all certifications and homologations according to the legal regulations of the Czech Republic or the EU.
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel.
The guest is obliged to close all water taps, turn off the lights, and close the windows and doors when leaving the room. Upon check-out from the hotel, the guest is also obliged to return the room keys to the reception. In case of loss of room keys, the guest is obliged to pay the amount for new keys including accessories.
For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under 12 years of age unattended in the room or other areas of the hotel. Legal guardians or those responsible for supervision are responsible for any damages caused by unattended children.
Dogs and other animals can be accommodated with the guest provided the guest pays the pet fee specified at the time of booking. Animals must not be left unattended in the room or other areas of the hotel. The price for housing animals is charged according to the valid hotel price list.
From 22:00 to 7:00, the guest is obliged to observe the night quiet hours.
The guest is liable for damages caused to the hotel property according to applicable regulations. If the guest discovers damage in the room upon arrival and immediately reports it with proof (photo) sent to the hotel contact, or via email, and informs the reception about this condition, it will be considered. Any complaints and deficiencies on the part of the hotel must be reported to the reception, where a written record of the notification will be made if necessary.
