Effective from: October 1, 2024

Operator: Eucalypt 4 s.r.o., IČO 22103741, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 410771, operating Hotel Vincent, Hradisko 467, 763 26 Luhačovice.

A/ Arrival and Departure

1. Upon arrival, the Guest shall present a valid identity document; after payment for the stay, the Guest shall receive keys to the room and main entrance. For night check-in, the Guest shall complete the accommodation card.
2. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00 (otherwise by arrangement and for a fee).
3. Unless otherwise confirmed, a non-guaranteed room is reserved until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
4. Only accommodated persons have access to the hotel; access to shared spaces until 20:00.

B/ Parking

Hotel parking is subject to a fee: courtyard 125 Kč/day, parking lot in front of the hotel 50 Kč/day. Free parking is available on the street according to reception instructions.

C/ Shared Spaces

The shared kitchen and dining room are for consumption of breakfast and beverages from self-service refrigerators. The kitchen may be used only for preparing meals for children or ordered meals; not for cooking aromatic foods. The Guest shall leave the kitchen clean. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00.

D/ Self-Service Refrigerators

They offer beverages and refreshments for consumption in shared spaces and on terraces. They operate as an unmanned bar: the Guest shall record consumption on the room card, payment upon departure (cash, card, transfer). Personal food and beverages shall not be consumed here. The space is monitored by a camera system.

E/ General Rules

1. Prohibition of heating spirals, hotplates, and electric kettles in rooms.
2. Upon departure, turn off water, lights, and TV, and lock the room and main door.
3. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas; smoking area is outside at the entrance. Breach results in a flat fee of 1,000 Kč per incident.
4. Children under 10 years of age shall not be left unattended by adults.
5. It is prohibited to remove inventory items from the building (towels, blankets, chairs).
6. The Guest is liable for damage to property; defects shall be reported immediately.
7. Dogs are permitted for a fee according to the price list, always on a leash, with cleanup required; prohibition of entry to the kitchen and common room, prohibition of leaving dogs alone in the room.
8. For excessive soiling of bedding/interior, a fee from 300 Kč up to the amount of damage caused; for breach of self-service space rules 500 Kč.
9. Quiet hours 22:00–08:00; TV operation shall be adjusted accordingly.
10. Prices for accommodation, services, and goods are contractual.
11. Should the Guest grossly breach these regulations, public morals, or disturb other guests, the Operator is entitled to terminate the accommodation without compensation; the Guest shall pay for services provided and damage caused.
