You can start with brisk walks through the spa’s pedestrian zone, sampling the local mineral springs or admiring the buildings of Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič.

Tennis

In the spa complex near the Ottovka spring, you’ll find unique clay courts. In 1932, the DAVIS CUP was even played on these tennis courts. The courts are complemented by a well-preserved pavilion that follows Jurkovič’s architectural style. As a bonus, after an intense match, you can view a rare mini-exhibition of broken rackets.

Tennis court facilities are also available at the local Radostova Sports Hall, located just 400 metres from Vincent. In summer, you can play on the outdoor tennis court. In winter, the court is covered with an inflatable hall. You can book the artificial surface tennis court at any time, and even hire tennis equipment here.

Swimming

Luhačovice Municipal Swimming Pool offers visitors use of swimming, leisure and children’s pools. During fitness swimming, you can alternate visits to the steam cabin or whirlpool. The pool is suitable for both individuals and the whole family. On hot summer days, guests are offered an outdoor terrace where you can sunbathe on comfortable loungers. Your children can enjoy fun on the trampoline.

The Luhačovice Reservoir is also well-visited, with boat and pedalo hire available. During the summer period, you have the option of swimming at the nearby Duha swimming area or in the reservoir itself. The reservoir is accessed from Luhačovice spa park via Jurkovič Avenue, a route measuring approximately 3 kilometres.

Walking and Hiking

Several maintained spa trails run through Luhačovice and the entire spa complex. You can explore the picturesque surroundings of Luhačovice and the adjacent protected area of Bílé Karpaty. Easier terrain can be found directly in the spa park, where you’ll discover interesting sites with mineral springs and architecture.

Cycling

Luhačovice has opened up to cyclists, with marked paths leading right into the spa centre. Cyclists may only ride on designated routes. On Lázeňské náměstí (Spa Square) and its surroundings, cyclists must dismount. You can store your own bicycles free of charge in the spa complex.
