1. Personal Data Controller
The controller is Eucalypt 4 s.r.o., with registered office at Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, ID No. 22103741, Tax ID CZ22103741, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
2. What Data We Process
- Identification and contact: name, surname, address, email, telephone, date of birth (if necessary), document number (guest book under law).
- Reservation and stay data: dates, room, services, requests.
- Payment data: billing information; payment card data is processed exclusively by the payment gateway (the Controller does not store it).
- Communication data (emails, satisfaction surveys) and data from the camera system in common areas.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

4. Recipients and Processors
Data is provided only to necessary processors: Previo reservation system, Comgate a.s. payment gateway (ID No. 27924505), hosting and email provider (Czech Hosting), accounting/tax advisor, analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google). The Controller has data processing agreements in place with processors. Data is provided to public authorities only to the extent of legal obligation.
5. Data Transfers to Third Countries
When using certain tools (e.g. Google), data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA; such transfer is ensured by appropriate safeguards under GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
6. Data Retention Period
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and further for the period required by legal provisions (accounting and tax documents typically 10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent until its withdrawal.
7. Data Subject Rights
The Guest has the right to access data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, object and withdraw consent. Rights are asserted at ahoj@vincentluhacovice.cz. The Guest also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
