BEFORE CHARGING:

✓ Check your car’s compatibility (Type 2 connector)

✓ Inform reception about planned charging

✓ Ensure you have enough space for the cable

CHARGING PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Preparation

– Park the vehicle so the cable can reach the charging port

– Turn off the engine and engage the handbrake

– Open your vehicle’s charging port

Step 2: Connection

– Take the charging cable connected to the charger

– Check that the cable and connector are clean and undamaged

– Insert the Type 2 connector into your vehicle

– Wait for the green light or confirmation on the car’s display

Step 3: Charging

– Charging will begin automatically within 10-30 seconds

– The indicator light on the charger will glow blue (charging)

– You may leave – the vehicle will charge overnight

– Typical time for full charge: 4-8 hours

Step 4: Disconnection

– Wait until charging is complete (green indicator light)

– Unlock the vehicle

– Press the button on the connector

– Remove the connector from the vehicle

– Return the cable to the charger- Close the vehicle’s charging port

Step 5: Payment

– Payment at reception during check-out

– Or instant payment via QR code (see below)

CHARGING STATION USAGE RULES

WHO CAN CHARGE?

✓ Hotel guests with valid accommodation

✓ Visitors with prior consent from reception

PRICING “PARK & CHARGE” PACKAGE:

– £40 per night (includes parking + unlimited charging)

– Valid for the entire stay duration.

Reservation at reception upon arrival.

INDIVIDUAL CHARGING:

– £0.68 per kWh consumed

Parking:

£32 (small car) / £40 (large car)– Payment according to actual consumption.

HOW TO PAY

At reception:

– Upon check-out based on consumption

– Cash, card, or charged to room account

Instant payment:

– Scan the QR code on the charger

– Send payment to hotel account

– Include room number or “EV” + date in the note

– Example: “123” or “EV2511” Account number: [YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER] Variable symbol: [ROOM NUMBER]

USAGE RULES PERMITTED:

✓ Charge vehicle overnight (max 10 hours)

✓ Disconnect vehicle after charging ✓ Report any problems to reception

PROHIBITED:

✗ Damaging the charger or cable

✗ Leaving car in place longer than 1 hour after charging

✗ Using a damaged charger

✗ Operating with wet hands

BLOCKING FEE

– £8 per hour after charging completion

– Charged automatically upon payment

LIABILITY

The hotel is not responsible for:

– Vehicle damage during charging

– Failures due to faults in your car

– Power outages

– Theft of vehicle or items from it

You are responsible for:

– Proper use of the charger

– Damage caused by improper use

– Damage due to negligence

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In case of problems:

1. Disconnect the vehicle

2. Call reception: +420 720 072 780

3. In case of fire: 150 (fire brigade) or 112

Emergency shutdown:

Red switch on the wall next to the charger.

PRIVACY

We process the following data:

– Name and room number

– Amount of electricity charged

– Payment information

Data is retained for 5 years for accounting purposes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHANGES

– The hotel may change prices with 30 days’ notice

– New prices apply to new bookings

– Current terms always available at reception and hotel website

COMPLAINTS

– Within 14 days of check-out

– In writing or by email to reception– Processing within 30 days
